More of my friends are looking for vacation spots where they can unplug and disconnect. It takes a few days, but once you get used to not checking your iphone or computer every 10 minutes you can actually relax a bit. Unfortunately it is really easy to re-enter the game.

I was just laughing with a good friend about this yesterday Eric. I go away for a week every year and totally unplug. Like you said, it takes two days to relax but then it is golden "piece of mind" thereafter...
